In the Shadow of your Wings........
I am still feeling sick today......with all the people( 7 kids, 2dogs,3 cats and 1 big kid we call Dad) in our home. Napping is only a dream.So I am closing my eyes and picturing myself snuggled under His wings...............
The Lord is my resting place.
Psalm 17:8
Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings

How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings.

The Healer
Okay, I am being self indulgent today. I have a cold and I am feeling awful. I know it will pass.
But it makes me feel better to think of the healer....healing. For all of you that need it along with me today.
Here are some verses on healing.
Psalm 30:2
O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me.
Psalm 107:20
He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.
Jeremiah 17:14
Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.
Matthew 9:22
Jesus turned and saw her. "Take heart, daughter," he said, "your faith has healed you." And the woman was healed from that moment.

Feeling Discouraged???
Life is a roller coaster at times. When your feeling discouraged, Turn to your faith and stand firm.
Deuteronomy 31:8
The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."
Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."

Then you will have success if you are careful to observe the decrees and laws that the LORD gave Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged.
